About 24k Sports
24k Sports is a sports training and performance company that works with athletes across major sports and all age groups. In addition to training, we provide recruiting consultation to help athletes get noticed and positioned to play at the next level. We maintain relationships with more than 30 college programs and additional professional contacts that support this process.
Headquartered in Western Pennsylvania, 24k Sports also has affiliates in Florida, California, North Carolina, Ohio, and Nevada. We regularly train athletes in the Monessen, Charleroi, Belle Vernon, Monroeville, Downtown Pittsburgh, McMurray, South Hills, and Robinson areas.
We are currently developing a Strength and Conditioning program focused on weightlifting, speed, nutrition, and recovery. This program is expected to expand our services to athletes in all sports by December 2026. Director – Chavas Rawlins Sr.
Chavas Rawlins Sr. is an accomplished athlete and coach dedicated to developing young talent. A former quarterback at West Virginia University and All-NEC wide receiver at Duquesne University, he earned a full athletic scholarship, was named one of four team captains in 2017, and received Second Team All-Northeast Conference honors as one of the top players at his position.
His athletic career began at Monessen High School, where he lettered in four sports over multiple seasons and started on the 2011 WPIAL Class AA Basketball Championship team. As a highly recruited athlete (see his recruiting profiles on On3 and 247Sports https://www.on3.com/rivals/chavas-rawlins-20954/recruiting/ & https://247sports.com/player/chavas-rawlins-18732/ ), Chavas understands the demands of competing at a high level and the process of advancing to college athletics.
He has trained athletes ages 8–23 in football and basketball, with an emphasis on fundamentals, teamwork, and discipline. His coaching experience includes:
Assistant Football Coach, Monessen High School (2019–2021) — developed quarterbacks and wide receivers, scouted opponents, and built relationships with college coaches to support player recruitment
Assistant Football Coach, Canon-McMillan Middle School — coached quarterbacks and defensive backs while fostering a competitive environment for athletes ages 11–13
Basketball Coach, Canon-McMillan Youth Basketball Association (2024–present)
Chavas’s training approach combines technical skill development, strategic preparation, and mentorship. His goal is to help athletes earn athletic scholarships and gain the experience and skills that support success both on and off the field.
Whether on the field or the court, he is committed to helping young athletes grow as competitors and as individuals.
